2. Made-to-Order Policy All garments are made to order. Due to the custom nature of our clothing, variations in color tone, fabric texture, pocket shapes, stitching, and artwork will occur. The garment you receive will not be an exact replica of the images shown on our website but will be a unique piece inspired by the original design, embracing individuality and creativity.

Note : All jackets are made in a classic , regular denim style with sleeves.
Styles featuring fur collars, sleeveless cuts, distressed/ torn/ripped finishes , decorative elements or any other variations shown in photos are for visual reference and are not part of the final product.
For sleeveless option requests ,kindly contact us before placing your order.

3. Ordering and Production

• Once an order is placed, production will begin immediately.
• Given the handmade nature of our garments, production typically takes 15-20 business days. If production takes longer than expected, you will be promptly notified.
• For urgent or rush orders, please reach out to us in advance.

4. Shipping Policy

• Shipping will commence once the garment has been produced.
• Estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days, depending on shipping location and order volume.
• Free shipping PAN India via standard shipping services.
• For international orders, standard shipping rates apply.
• If you prefer a specific shipping service, kindly inform us in advance. Any additional costs, liabilities, or associated charges will be your responsibility.
• Customs, taxes, and duties are the customer’s responsibility. If a package is declined upon delivery, the customer will bear any return shipping, taxes, duties, or additional charges incurred.
• OCD is not responsible for import duties, taxes, or shipping delays caused by customs procedures.

• All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.
• We accept various payment methods, which will be displayed at checkout.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

• Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified as production begins immediately.

• Due to the made-to-order nature of our garments, all sales are final.
• OCD does not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.
• Customers are encouraged to check sizing details and product descriptions before placing an order.

• Customers should follow our Washing, Drying, and Ironing Guidelines provided separately to ensure longevity.

• OCD is not responsible for any damage resulting from improper care, misuse, or alterations of the garments.
• We are not liable for any delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or transportation delays.
