1. Order Cancellations
- Due to the made-to-order nature of our garments, we do not accept order cancellations once an order has been placed.
- Production begins immediately after purchase, and modifications or cancellations are not possible.
- Please review your order carefully before completing the checkout process.
2. Refund Policy
- All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
- Since each piece is custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, incorrect sizing, or any other reason.
3. Defective or Incorrect Orders
- In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- To process your claim, provide clear photos of the issue along with your order number.
- If a defect is verified, we will assess the situation and offer a solution, which may include repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- As all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
- Customizations, variations in color tone, fabric texture, pocket shapes, stitching, and artwork are inherent in the handmade nature of our garments and do not qualify as defects.
