Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing & Production Time

  • All garments are made to order, and production begins once an order is placed.
  • Standard production time is 12-20 business days, but may extend up to 30 days depending on the complexity of the design and handmade craftsmanship.
  • If additional time is required, customers will be notified promptly.
  • Rush or urgent orders can be requested by contacting us before placing an order.

2. Domestic Shipping (India)

  • We offer free shipping PAN India via India Post.
  • If you prefer a different shipping service, please inform us before placing an order. Any additional costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

3. International Shipping

  • All shipments outside of India are arranged through services chosen by the customer.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, as well as any applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
  • OCD is not responsible for any customs delays, import duties, or additional charges incurred during transit.
  • If a customer refuses to accept the shipment due to customs charges, they will be responsible for any return shipping fees and associated costs.

4. Shipping Timeline & Tracking

  • Once an order is shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Delivery times vary based on the destination and shipping service used.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider or customs clearance.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • OCD is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are handed over to the shipping carrier.
  • In case of lost or delayed shipments, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
  • If a package arrives damaged, please reach out to the shipping carrier to file a claim.

6. Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
  • If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
